St. David's South Austin Medical Center within St. David's HealthCare seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Transplant and Cellular Therapy.

The CNC will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit operations during shifts, collaborating with management to drive outcomes aligned with our mission. The role emphasizes teamwork, staff development, and adherence to policies, while supporting engagement initiatives and a patient-first culture across the facility.

Formación

• RN licensure and state nursing registration.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of start date.
• Oncology/chemotherapy immunotherapy certification or equivalent within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate to foster teamwork and improve patient outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implement nursing strategies and staff engagement initiatives.
• Involve in staff interviewing, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs.
• Assist with inventory control and supplies management.
