Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing and about 5 years of experience in patient care flow, with strong communication, leadership and Lean/PI management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 5 years of experience in patient care flow setting preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities required.
• Lean management and PI/process improvement experience beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations for the Patient Command Center to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Guides bed management decisions and discharge planning in the emergency department.
• Coordinates patient placement and level of care decisions.
• Manages human resources activities including staff performance and morale.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and monitors expenditures.
