Responsabilités

Interview for nursing history, assess health knowledge, and document findings.
Obtain medical information, vital signs, and test results for physician examination and record.
Advocate for patients and address complaints regarding service.
Coordinate patient care by interacting with clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and home care agencies.
Provide education on prevention and health maintenance; document results.
Administer medications by all routes except chemotherapy.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
Provide pre- and postoperative instructions and support.
Serve on the STAT Code Team and educate staff as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection control policies.
