Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients.
• Identifies nursing diagnoses/patient care needs; develops and revises care plans as needed.
• Executes physician's orders and administers medications and treatments in accordance with UTMB policies.
• Provides patient/family education using evidence-based resources and Teach-Back methods.
