Job summary
YAI is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide medical oversight for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The RN will review health statuses, dispense medications, and train staff in health care plans.
The position requires a NJ RN License and at least one year of direct care nursing experience. Experience with the I/DD population and psychotropic medications is preferred. Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $55.00 per hour.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) License is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-year direct care nursing experience required.
- Med/Surg experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical oversight for program health needs.
- Review health status and medications of each person.
- Participate in treatment and transition planning meetings.
