Job summary

The Tohono O\'odham Nation in Sells, AZ seeks a professional registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services to diverse clients in accordance with policies and protocols. You will perform assessments, develop plans of care, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and other health professionals to ensure quality care.

You will attend rounds, monitor patient conditions, document encounters, and support discharge planning while maintaining HIPAA compliance and infection

Qualifications

• BSN degree and at least three years of nursing experience.
• Licensed by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care to clients.
• Writes, implements and monitors Plan of Care.
• Administers medications per physician orders and documents administration.
• Attends weekly rounds and coordinates with care teams.
• Documents all client encounters promptly and accurately.
• Supports discharge planning and patient education.
