Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years clinical experience if Bachelor's attained; 10 years hospital nursing or 5 years with RN to BSN if Associate degree highest.
• Current appropriate state license; BLS provider.
• Demonstrates evidence-based clinical knowledge and organizational ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with audiovisual equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support orientation, competency programs, in-service education, continuing education and academic partnerships at the unit level.
• Contribute to career development and role transition for Mercy coworkers.
• Collaborate to deliver patient care education and ensure timely project completion.
