Job summary

Northside Hospital, Inc. seeks a unit-based clinical resource and educator to lead staff development, orientation, onboarding, competency, patient education, and quality improvement. The role models clinical excellence in nursing practice.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing, GA RN license in good standing, and at least 2 years of RN experience plus 2 years in a clinical specialty; BLS is required, ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred. 8am–4pm on-site position with unit-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in Georgia in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience and 2 years in a clinical specialty.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred for certain units.
• Color vision adequate for unit-specific duties.

• Lead as a unit-based clinical resource and educator.
• Oversee staff development, orientation, onboarding and competency programs.
• Drive quality improvement and patient/staff education initiatives.
• Model clinical excellence in nursing knowledge and practice.
