Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide consultative pediatric nursing services in a homecare setting. You will advocate for patients, give emotional support to families, and deliver essential home care instructions.

The role also involves supporting staff, educating the community, and assisting with outreach and outpatient program initiatives. A BSN and Michigan RN license are required; pediatric acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensed in Michigan.
• Pediatric nursing experience in acute care preferred.
• Specialty certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative pediatric nursing services in a homecare setting.
• Act as patient advocate and offer emotional support to patients and families.
