Intermountain Health in Billings, MT seeks an experienced Nurse Clinical Leader to guide daily patient care, lead staffing decisions, and mentor nursing staff. You will oversee clinical performance, implement quality initiatives, and support governance activities while maintaining high standards of care and safety.

The role encompasses bedside patient care during shifts, coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and ongoing staff development to move peers from novice to expert.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as an RN in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN required/expected within four years of hire or promotion.

Responsabilités

• Lead staffing, scheduling, and resource management to meet patient care needs.
• Provide clinical support and supervise staff on the unit.
• Lead change initiatives and participate in governance support.
• Oversee staff competency, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Direct patient care during bedside RN shifts and coordinate care with the team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation; monitor safety.
