Job summary

Intermountain Health Park City Hospital is seeking an RN Nurse Clinical Leader to provide leadership and clinical expertise across shifts. You will supervise staff, manage unit resources, and lead nursing informatics initiatives to improve patient safety and outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating staff competency, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring staffing aligns with census and acuity. This 40-hour schedule includes four 10-hour shifts and some weekend call.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice (Utah).
• BSN from an accredited institution; must obtain BSN within four years if hired.
• Specialty certification preferred; leadership experience in clinical area advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and manage staffing and scheduling to meet patient needs.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide mentorship and coaching as needed.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversight of staffing levels and competency plans; participate in annual performance reviews.
