Responsibilities

• Supports governance and staff engagement on the unit.
• Advocates for nursing teams in practice areas.
• Oversees time, supplies, and resources for patient care delivery.
• Monitors admission/discharge/transfer coordination and staffing accordingly.
• Evaluates staff performance and implements quality/education initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with licensure, policies, and documentation.
