Job summary

Prime Healthcare's Harlingen Medical Center in Harlingen, TX seeks a Clinical Educator (RN) to deliver educational services across clinical areas. You will support hospital objectives, develop training plans, and provide hands-on staff training to improve care quality.

Requirements include a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least 5 years acute care experience, with 2 years in education preferred. Full-time days, 8-hour shifts, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years previous educational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational services for areas of clinical and patient care services to meet hospital objectives.
• Assist with development and implementation of education plans for training in clinical settings.
• Provide hands-on training for clinical staff to support educational goals.
• Collaborate with Nursing Directors to provide educational services to staff.
