Job summary

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Phoenix is seeking an experienced Nurse Clinic Administrator to provide clinical and administrative leadership in our outpatient medical clinic.

This role oversees daily operations, staffing, care coordination and compliance to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care for an underserved population. Active RN license and 3+ years in outpatient nursing and clinic management are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 3+ years outpatient nursing experience.
• 3+ years of clinical operations or clinic management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical leadership and escalate clinical concerns.
• Oversee delivery of nursing and medical assistant‑supported care.
• Support patient triage, education, care coordination, referrals and follow‑ups.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, throughput and quality metrics.
