Qualifications

Current and unrestricted nursing license in one of the fifty states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
Capable of passing a Government background check/security clearance.
Responsibilities
Actively engage in all aspects of case management (CM) while ensuring compliance with standards.
Provide specialized nursing insights throughout the CM process including assessment and planning.
Coordinate patient care collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Integrate case management and utilization management principles.
