Job summary

Gallagher in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Nurse Navigator to support our Kairos Division. You will guide members through their benefits, provide healthcare navigation, and act as a clinical concierge.

You’ll perform proactive outreach, assist with claim resolution and prior authorization, and coordinate disease management with providers, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires an Associate’s degree in nursing, an active RN license in the state, and at least 3 years of acute care experience;

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• BSN is preferred.
• 3+ years utilization management / case management experience in an insurance setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide members in understanding benefits and how to utilize them.
• Provide healthcare navigation and proactive outreach.
• Assist with claim resolution and prior authorization.
• Educate on disease management and coordinate with providers.
• Act as liaison between healthcare professionals, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure members receive the best possible care throughout their healthcare journey.
