Qualifications

• RN with current license required.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

• Direct, monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Assist with admission/discharge, staffing, and scheduling as needed.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when necessary.
• Collaborate with management to improve engagement and outcomes.
