Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
• No Travel Required
• 1 year(s) experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Participate in quality assessment of patient care services in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Help implement nursing strategies to improve engagement and rounds programs.
• Provide input on interviewing, selection, and staff development actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and productivity management.
• Aid in inventory control and supplies management.
