Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive age-specific nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient health status across GI, CV, respiratory, renal, neuro systems.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with the care team.
• Document care plans, outcomes, and patient responses accurately.
• Intervene in emergencies and ensure safety measures are followed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
