Job summary

• Assess physiological health status and conduct nursing assessments.
• Develop and implement a plan of care with goals and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with physicians and health-team members.
• Administer medications safely and document treatments.
• Educate patients and families; ensure discharge planning.
