Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Must be enrolled in a BSN program within two years and obtain BSN within five years.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physiologic health status and plans care using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians and health team to coordinate procedures and treatments.
• Administers medications safely and documents actions and patient responses.
• Provides patient and family education and participates in discharge planning.
• Evaluates patient outcomes and contributes to ongoing care planning.
