Job summary

Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking CNAs to assist residents with daily activities, vitals, mobility, and meals in a compassionate setting. Earn starting pay of $20/hour and gain hands-on experience while preparing for CNA certification.

Part-time positions offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow within the organization. Applicants should be currently enrolled or licensed and ready to obtain CNA certification within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Must obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.
• Active Washington Nurse Assistant Registration (NAR).
• Completion of CNA training program and clinicals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Monitor and record resident vital signs.
• Help residents with mobility, positioning, and meals.
• Respond to resident needs with compassion and respect.
• Work closely with nurses and caregivers to provide quality care.
