Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with the Patient Care Team, Nursing Assistants assist with the daily direct care of patients and families. Performs various non-patient care duties while maintaining positive interactions with patients, families, and visitors. Provides age-specific care tailored to adults, geriatrics, and adolescents.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or GED. Graduation from a Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent experience; or willingness to undergo on-the-job training. Basic Life Support certification or equivalent to be acquired within the introductory period.
Preferred: One year of experience in an acute care setting.
