Position Summary:

Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with the Patient Care Team, Nursing Assistants support the daily care of patients and their families. They perform various non-patient care duties, ensuring positive interactions with patients, families, and visitors. Care provided is tailored to the age and developmental needs of patients, including adults, geriatrics, and adolescents.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent experience
• Basic Life Support certification or ability to acquire within the introductory period

Preferred Qualifications:

• One-year experience in an acute care setting
