Job summary

Midtown Assisted Living Residence is seeking a Nurse Assistant to deliver high-quality care and promote residents' well-being. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, feeding, mobility, and coordination with nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires CNA certification with preferred 1 year of CNA experience. You will work in a supportive team, adhere to facility policies, and maintain resident confidentiality. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required; 1 year of CNA experience is preferred.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and follow facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, turning, ambulation, and hydration.
• Help residents with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Observe residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies and procedures.
• Abide by federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and facility data.

• Help residents with personal hygiene and grooming
