Job summary

Cobble Hill Health Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility, and observe health changes under a supervising nurse.

You will document intake, ensure cleanliness, transport residents, and follow facility policies while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active NYS CNA certification required.
• Strong reading, writing and speaking English.
• Entry level (0-2 years) acceptable.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

• Help Residents with personal hygiene.

• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make Residents’ beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in New York State.

• Prior experience as a CNA preferred.
• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with SigmaCare is a plus.
• Entry level (0‑2 years) acceptable.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
