Jefferson College of Nursing in Horsham, PA, seeks an Assistant Professor to lead and advance the Nurse Anesthesia Program. You will ensure alignment with accreditation standards and collaborate with faculty to develop curricula, student assessment, and budget planning.

Qualifications

Earned doctorate in nursing from an accredited college or university.
Master's degree preparation in nursing.
Licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
National certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Academic appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor in nursing, or equivalent experience.
Evidence of progressive leadership and academic responsibilities.
Evidence of effective teaching and scholarly productivity.

Responsibilities

Administers anesthesia one day per week to maintain clinical expertise and contribute to student instruction.
Plan, implement and evaluate nurse anesthesia curricula in collaboration with faculty and staff.
Prepare and monitor program budgets and resources for faculty and support staff.
Oversee clinical placements, student advisement, and remediation.
Coordinate with simulation and skills labs to plan learning activities.
Engage in accreditation compliance and annual curriculum evaluation with the Director.
