Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports patients/residents with activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal hygiene.
• Takes vital signs and measures height/weight.
• Feeds and ambulates patients per procedures.
• Maintains rooms in clean, orderly condition.
• Observes and reports changes in patient conditions.
• Orients patients/families to unit and safety practices.
• Maintains stock and assists with clerical tasks.
• Performs duties per Nurse Aide I/II tasks and administers ECG/venipuncture when trained.
