The Virginia Department of Veterans Services is offering a six-week, paid training program for a Nurse Aide Student at the Davis & McDaniel Vet Care Center. The program combines classroom and clinical settings with the goal of achieving state certification and remaining employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at DMVCC.
Class hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 2:30pm; clinical hours run 6:45am to 3:15pm.
This is a six (6) week paid training program (up to 29 hours a week) including classroom and clinical settings with goal of successful completion of state certification exam and therefore remain at DMVCC as an employed Certified Nursing Assistant. The classroom hours will be Monday-Friday, 9:00am-2:30pm and clinical hours will be 6:45am-3:15pm.
