Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC in Alabama is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistant trainees. You will work under supervision to learn direct resident care, focusing on dignity and comfort while building essential clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a passion for caring for residents.
• Able to communicate positively with residents, families and staff.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and is able to learn company applications.

Responsabilités

• Support the current Certified Nursing Assistant in providing direct care.
• Assist with oral hygiene, bathing, dressing and room cleanliness.
• Complete assignments and participate in trainings.
• Attend orientation programs and on-the-job trainings.
• Provide safe bedside care with integrity and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with patients and nursing team.
• Accompany residents to activities when needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Build relationships with patients, families and team members.
• Comply with HIPAA and protect patient information.
• Study and take the state CNA exam.
