Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a passion for caring for residents and patients.
• Able to communicate positively and effectively with residents/patients and families.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Certified Nursing Assistance in providing direct care to residents.
• Support resident/patient needs including hygiene and dressing.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Attend classroom activities and on-the-job training.
• Build relationships with patients/residents and families.
