Life Care Centers of America in Mitchell, Indiana, seeks a Nurse Aide in Training to provide routine daily nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This paid program offers hands-on clinical hours and the opportunity to pursue CNA certification.

You will assist with activities of daily living, documentation, and patient comfort while learning Life Care’s standards and policies. CPR certification is required at hire or during orientation.

Formación

• Enrollment in a state-approved CNA program for up to four months.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.
• Willingness to follow Life Care policies and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and comfort needs.
• Accurately document and chart patient care activities.
• Respond promptly to call lights and maintain patient safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with the care team.
