Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in Mitchell, Indiana. You will deliver high-quality nursing care and support patients to attain or maintain optimal well-being.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, revising care plans, and supervising CNAs and LPNs. Active RN license and CPR required; one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current RN license in the applicable state; active and in good standing.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
