Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in a State-approved CNA program with a four-month period.
• Willingness to learn and follow Life Care standards.

Responsibilities

• Lift, turn, move, and transport patients under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist patients with baths, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Accurately document and chart patient care.
• Respond promptly to call lights.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Assist in evacuation of patients when needed.
• Follow policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
