Advocate Health Union - Nursing is seeking a Part-time Nurse Aide I to assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, and patient care in the Progressive Care unit. The role emphasizes safety, accurate recordkeeping, and teamwork within a busy hospital setting.

Responsibilities include basic clinical tasks such as EKG testing and venipuncture under supervision, as well as clerical duties like phone coverage and data entry, with weekend coverage as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required for new hires on or after 7/22/2018.
• Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry as a Nurse Aide I.
• BLS certification required per policy guidelines.

Mansioni

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take vital signs, height and weight measurements.
• Assist with feeding and ambulation as needed.
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly; observe changes in condition.
• Support clerical tasks and maintain medical records.
