Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. This full-time night position offers a starting pay of $15.60 per hour with the potential to increase by up to $4 per hour for CNAs.

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is willing to train to CNA level. Responsibilities include direct resident care, ADLs, and implementing care plans from licensed nurses, along with clear communication with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.

Nurse Aide Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Nurse Aide Requirements:
