Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team, providing compassionate resident care and helping maintain residents’ daily living activities. We are willing to train to CNA level, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Shifts include 12-hour daytime and rotating weekends, with pay at $15 per hour and a potential shift differential up to $4 per hour for CNA-level work. Candidates with prior long-term care experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Joplin is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.
