Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to join our compassionate care team. This role supports residents with daily living activities, monitors health needs, and works under licensed nurses to implement care plans.

Training to CNA level is available, with potential wage increases through a shift differential program. We offer full-time schedules (Day, Evening, Night), opportunities for advancement, and benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.

Responsibilities:
