Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. The position offers Full-Time Day or Night shifts, 12-hour blocks, and a starting pay of $15 per hour with potential up to $4 extra per hour via shift differential.

We are willing to train new CNAs to CNA level and provide benefits such as 401(k), paid time off, health coverage, and advancement opportunities as part of our commitment to home-like care for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term/senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Willing to train to CNA level.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including personal care and vital signs.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Implement and follow care plans from licensed nurses.
• Communicate with residents, families and healthcare team.
• Participate in resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care.

As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Joplin is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.

Nurse Aide Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
