Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to serve as Shower Aide on our full-time day shift (8am-5pm). Starting pay is $17/hour with up to $4/hour shift differential for eligible nursing positions. Advance opportunities and comprehensive benefits are available.

You will assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal care while maintaining safety and infection control in a fast-paced environment that respects resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, showering and grooming
• Provide supportive care to promote independence and dignity
