Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide (CNA level) to join our care team. Full-time Day, Evening, and Night shifts are available with up to a $4/hr shift differential.

We encourage growth with potential CNA level training to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities include direct resident care, ADLs assistance, following care plans, and documenting care records.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
• Willingness to train to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
