Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team. As a Nurse Aide, you will provide high-quality care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Carthage is willing to train to CNA level.

This full-time evening role runs on 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and a starting pay rate of $15 per hour. Eligibility for a CNA level training program supports career growth within the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
