Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team at our Missouri facility. You will provide direct resident care, support ADLs, monitor vital signs, and assist with medications under supervision.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team of caregivers at our Carthage, Missouri, United States facility. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure checks, temperature takings, and oxygen level monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in mandatory in-service training and continuing education programs to stay updated on the latest care practices and industry developments
• Collaborate with other care staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
