Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. You will provide high-quality care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being, with opportunities to train to CNA level.

We offer a 12-hour full-time schedule with day and night shifts. Earn a base pay of $15.60/hr with up to a $4/hr shift differential and a path to CNA level advancement. Eligible benefits include health coverage and retirement perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to perform personal care, ADLs, and basic hygiene tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Implement care plans from licensed nurses and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care.

Aspire Senior Living Advance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.

Nurse Aide Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
