Prolific Academic Ltd seeks Registered Nurses to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. You’ll review AI-generated clinical scenarios and rate accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality, then compare model answers to justify the best response.

Successful candidates join Prolific as Domain Expert participants, with pay up to $65/hr per task and the flexibility to work from home. Applicants should have a current license, recent clinical experience, and be comfortable

Qualifications

Verified status as a registered nurse (license/registration in good standing)
Recent clinical experience and comfort in evaluating clinical reasoning
Willingness to complete a skills/eligibility screener to join Domain Expert pool
Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour
Reliable, fast internet connection and access to a computer
Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are self-employed)
A PayPal account to receive payments from clients

Responsibilities

Reviewing AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rating them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality
Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response
Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short
