Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine, NC seeks an Administrative Supervisor PRN to provide clinical and administrative oversight in the absence of managers. The role emphasizes coordination of patient placement, staffing, and leadership of care teams; RN licensure in NC and BCLS required, with Master’s preferred.

This position supports the Nurse Manager and Director and contributes to achieving hospital goals.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensure in North Carolina with BCLS.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient placement.
• Act as administrative liaison.
• Staffing oversight and scheduling.
• supervise and coordinate clinical care in the absence of managers/directors.
• Assist with coordination of management activities and provide support to Nurse Manager and Nurse Director.
• Participate as a member of the care team to achieve business goals.
