Qualifications

• Must have North Carolina RN license.
• Five years of RN experience.
• One year supervisory experience.
• ACLS and PALS certification or within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of personnel providing direct patient care during assigned shift.
• Secure needed supplies and resources not readily available on nursing units.
• Plan staffing for upcoming shifts and coordinate bed control and patient flow.
