Dozee Health AI seeks an experienced RN/LVN to join our care team focusing on account management, patient monitoring, and clinical governance within our RPM platform. You will coordinate device installations, onboard new patients with physicians, train staff, implement protocols, and ensure compliant, data-driven care across facilities.

This role emphasizes independent work and teamwork, with a mission to improve patient outcomes using AI-powered RPM and early warning systems.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN certification required with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong clinical background in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare technology and electronic health records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate device installation and oversee health checks with the installation team.
• Drive project handover from sales and ensure proper implementation; conduct daily device health checks.
• Create and implement clinical protocols.
• Provide on-the-job training for nursing staff, housekeeping and administrative teams; train staff on new features and adoption.

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification

5+ years experience in healthcare

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in healthcare technology and electronic health records

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
