Job summary

Greens at Viewmont in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Nurse (LPN or RN) for overnight 7p to 7 am shifts. A sign-on bonus of up to $12,000 is offered for full-time employment.

You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, monitor residents, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for elderly residents. Our facility supports growth with educational assistance and career advancement paths from LPN to RN, RN to Unit Manager, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must hold Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Active North Carolina nursing license (or Compact).
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per plan of care including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.
