Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc is hiring nurses at our Westborough, MA site to provide general nursing care across programs. The role requires a Massachusetts RN/LPN license, CPR within 90 days, and a minimum of 2 years in substance abuse or mental health care.

Shift is 3:00 pm–11:30 pm with 40 hours weekly and every other weekend. A $7,500 bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, retirement match, and tuition repayment options.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) license from an accredited school.
• Current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the substance abuse or mental health field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.

Overview

Location: Westborough, MA. Inpatient programs located at our Westborough Treatment Campus. Staff may be placed at any of the several programs located on the campus. Nursing staff are cross‑trained to cover all programs and levels of care.

Pay Rate: LPN ($35.00/hour) and RN ($36.00). Schedule: 40 hours per week, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm and every other weekend required.

Bonus: $7,500.
